Who are we ?
In 2017, in Nîmes, two high school students decided to transform their desire to act into concrete commitment.
Houcem, then in his final year of science studies, wanted to give meaning to his life. He discovered that he could found an association: thus was born Sourire à Tous , with a simple mission — to do good, one smile at a time.
The initial activities—outreach, collections, and galas—quickly gave way to international projects. The first humanitarian trip to Dharavi, India , propelled the association into a new dimension.
Over the years, Sourire à Tous has become more professional: training at Harvard, HEC Montréal and Bioforce, structuring of teams and shifting from an emergency approach to one of sustainable development.
In 2022, the creation of the €7 Project marked a major turning point: each monthly donation funds 7 to 10 sustainable projects, making it possible to carry out nearly 80 projects per year . A true solidarity revolution.
Today, Sourire à Tous operates in six areas internationally , reaches more than 50,000 beneficiaries every day and aims, by 2030, to impact more than 100,000 lives per day, sustainably.

But equality and parity are also values we uphold. Indeed, we do not favor any particular community or ethnic group. We strive to operate in as many countries as possible and to help all age groups, even though our primary goal is children's access to education.
Footprint 2030
Empreinte 2030 is the flagship strategy of Sourire à Tous . It aims to reach 300,000 people daily by 2030 through sustainable actions in education, water, the environment, solidarity and humanitarian aid.
Designed with a 360° approach, it integrates all departments of the association, bringing together partners, volunteers and donors around a common goal: to leave a positive, human and lasting mark on the world.
